Jeff Nelson, co-owner/manager, has been with Nielsen Electric TV & Appliance since his father bought the company in 1979. Working his way from delivery/installer to service technician and now owner, Jeff has 30 years experience in all aspects of the appliance business.

DeDe Nelson, co-owner/accountant, has been with the company for 30 years doing the bookwork that goes along with having employees and keeping track of every single serial number that’s been bought and sold over the years.

Dave Jacobson, service technician, has been with the company since he graduated from college with a television technician certification. He is the only electronics technician in the area. Along with those duties, Dave also has his refrigeration certification and handles most of our sealed system repairs.

Bruce Eichhorn, service technician, has been with the company for 12 years but has a total of 40 years experience repairing appliances.

Randy Anderson, service technician, has been with the company for 2 years and has earned his wings in the appliance repair department as well as dishwasher installation.

Craig Aldrich, service manager/sales consultant, has been with the company for 8 years and works closely with the service technicians in scheduling and parts ordering. He is part of the sales team working with Alltel, Dishnetwork, appliances and televisions.

Penny Ellingson, sales consultant, has been with the company for 1 and ½ years and works with Alltel, Dish Network, appliances and televisions.

Teresa Schiltz, sales consultant, has been with the company for 1 and ½ years and works with Alltel, Dish Network, appliances and televisions.
